Shredded Carrot Salad

What you need

  • ¼ cup Heart Shape Culinary Pure Flax Oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups shredded carrots

Make it
In screw-top jar combine Heart Shape Culinary Pure Flax Oil, vinegar, lemon, juice sugar and salt; cover and shake well. Pour over carrots, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Makes 6 servings.
