What you need
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Heart Shape Italian Seasoning Oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 3-5 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Sweet basil
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) Tarragon
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) Oregano
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Capers
Make it
Blend all ingredients except oil in blender or food processor for 10 seconds. Mix with oil. Store in: sealed container in the refrigerator. Dressing will keep for several days.
Yield 1 cup.
