What you need
- 6 cups assorted raw vegetables such as sliced broccoli, sliced cauliflower, green pepper strips. Sliced celery, shredded carrots, sliced fennel, tomato wedges and sliced pitted olives
- 4 cups torn mixed salad greens such as iceberg, boston lettuce, curly endive and romaine
- 3 tbsp snipped parsley
- 1/3 cup Heart Shape Italian Seasoning Oil
- ¼ cup wine vinegar (optional)
In a large salad bowl combine raw vegetables and torn salad greens. Sprinkle with snipped parsley. Add Heart Shape Italian Seasoning Oil and wine vinegar (optional).
Toss salad mixture till vegetables and salad greens are well coated.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
