Minted Orange Salad

What you need

  • 4 large oranges
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1 tbsp snipped fresh mint
  • 3 tbsp Heart Shape Culinary Pure Flax Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Make it
Peel and slice oranges. Combine oranges, radishes and fresh mint. Combine Heart Shape Culinary Pure Flax Oil and salt; drizzle over oranges and radishes, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Makes 6 servings.
