Coconut Smoothie

What you need

  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) Coconut milk or Fruit juice
  • 1/2 Banana or Other fruit
  • 4 Tbsp (60 ml) Yogurt or Soft tofu
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Apple juice concentrate or Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Royal Harvest Coconut Flavour Flax Oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Nutmeg (optional)
  • Tbsp (15 ml) Ginger (optional)

Make it
Put ingredients in blender; blend for 15 seconds.
