What you need
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Coconut milk or Fruit juice
- 1/2 Banana or Other fruit
- 4 Tbsp (60 ml) Yogurt or Soft tofu
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Apple juice concentrate or Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Royal Harvest Coconut Flavour Flax Oil
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Cinnamon (optional)
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Nutmeg (optional)
- Tbsp (15 ml) Ginger (optional)
Make it
Put ingredients in blender; blend for 15 seconds.
