Coconut Milkshake

What you need

• 3 scoops coconut ice cream
• 1 tbsp. Royal Harvest Coconut Flavor Flax Oil
• 1-1/2 cups milk
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 2 teaspoons sugar

Make it
In a blender combine ice cream, Royal Harvest Coconut Flavor Flax Oil, milk, vanilla and sugar. Blend until smooth.
