Coconut Carb Smoothie

What you need

  • 1 cup yogurt (any flavor, but vanilla is a good base)
  • 1 cup apple or pineapple juice (can be replaced with coconut milk)
  • 1 Tbs. Royal Harvest Pure Flax Oil or Royal Harvest Coconut Flavor Flax Oil
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 cups of ice

Make it
Blend, drink and exercise off all those carbs.
