Classic Vanilla Milkshake

What you need

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp. Royal Harvest Pure Flax Oil
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Make it
In a blender combine ice cream, Royal Harvest Pure Flax Oil, milk, vanilla and sugar. Blend until smooth.
